With more than 50 years of experience in all areas of sealing and plastics technology, we cover a wide range of applications also for aviation. Therefore, we are very pleased to be a part of the NRW aerospace industry network since this year.
From sealings for airfield refueling to flexible tanks and sealings for hydrogen technology
We produce and supply, e.g., spring-supported lip seals for swivel joints in refueling systems, refueling vehicles (airfield refueling) and de-icing vehicles for aircrafts. For the electric future of aviation, we can supply insulators and other elements made of hard-fabric laminates with high dielectric strength and tracking resistance, as well as hydrocompensators for large scale electrical transformers.
As well, we supply Heavy-duty sealing systems and moulded parts for production, processing, compression, filling, refueling and storage of both gaseous and liquid hydrogen – and for a clean future of aviation. Made of highly flexible elastomers, we supply flexible tanks for aviation fuels – easily transportable and with volumes of up to several hundred cubic meters - as well as extremely loadable pressure/ lifting bags for aircraft maintenance and repair.
For prototypes, small series and urgent repairs, we manufacture wipers, rod seals, piston seals, back-up rings, rotor seals, guides and static seals using the most modern processes in a rapid production. And thus offer a fast and individual solution also for many applications in aerospace.
